Animal Flow

Animal Flow is good not only for your body, but also for your mind. Our nervous system doesn’t differentiate the sourse of stress, whether it comes from your work routine, too heavy workout sessions in the gym, lack of sleep, a few days of poorly balanced diet… it doesn’t matter. But you can feel the results: stiff and tensed muscles, bad mood, pain in your back, headaches, craving for sweets or tiredness starting in the early morning when you should be fresh and rested.
