Is it for me?
Each of us has a different sports story to tell. Some probably has never taken up any physical activities, others did. Some have past injuries or just a long break since the last workout, which resulted in extra weight or motivation loss. Some have a great motor control and just need a few tips, others need more time to learn a new movement pattern. And it’s ok. We’re all different. It’s my role to get the best out of you and maximize it.
Quality goes always first when it comes to training.
Kettlebells are one of the most versatile tools for building overall strength and endurance, improving mobility and coordination.
They’ll also help you work on your balance and body awareness.
Even basic exercises with kettlebells are multi-joint. It means that many muscles are engaged in the movement at the same time. You’ll see a noticeable difference in your core strength and stability (and strong core protects our spine from pain!)
In addition, with proper programming they can be great as fat loss workouts, improving your cardiovascular endurance. You won’t be short of breath when playing with your childen or going up when the elevator’s out of order again!
Strength is the mother of all qualities. And it’s a skill. You can and should practice it. I can help you with that. You’ll see the difference after a few first training sessions. It’s a promise.
